Specialty Workshops Workshop fee is $300 per 60 minute session with maximum attendees per workshop 20. A minimum of 10 attendees required.
Multiple sessions may be priced at a discounted rate based on the number of attendees per workshop. This fee includes all materials and handouts. Each specialty workshop with include an over view of health coaching in addition of the specified topic. Attendees will gain healthy lifestyle tips and techniques to incorporate into daily living to reduce stress, feelings of being overwhelmed and fatigue.
