  3. List 3 reasons you love yourself.
  4. Write down what a loving nurturing relationship looks like 1, 3 and 10 years from today.
  5. Create 3 daily nonnegotiables...Meaning what do you need to do everyday to feel your best self?
  6. Evaluate your external environment...Clear your home of clutter to create an increase of positive energy.
  7. Surround yourself with the right people...write down the names of people that bring you down and reduce contact.
  8. Create a transition plan between work mode and play mode.
  9. Relax... life will happen even without your control.
  10. Speak with confidence, be calm, and always be authentic about what you do.
