Happy to be sharing this link on the benefits of turmeric.  My husband, Chris, is an ultra runner.  While training for a 100 mile ultra in 2014, I began introducing turmeric in our daily consumption.  A sprinkle in oatmeal, a dash over a salad, even a spoonful in a protein smoothie.  Turmeric worked its' natural magic wonderfully eliminating the use of over the counter pain remedies for his aches and pains from training.  Today, turmeric remains a staple in the pantry.  This blog is extremely well written - take a peak.
