Ingredients

1 cup water, almond milk or coconut milk

3-4 ice cubes if not using frozen fruit and depending on how thick you prefer the smoothie

2 scoops protein powder of choice

small handful of almonds, walnuts or cashews

Directions

Additional ingredients are of personal choice: whenever possible use organic fresh local produce for best taste.

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth
