Savory Tomato Dip w/ Fresh Vegetables

1 Cup

Ingredients

  • 6 TBL light cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup sun - dried tomatoes in olive oil, well drained
  • 1/4 cup light cream cheese
  • 1 teas fresh lemon juice
  • dash garlic powder
  • dash hot sauce
  • 2-4 TBL buttermilk

Directions

Using a food processor blend all ingredients.  Serve with fresh vegetables or whole wheat bagel chips or baked chips

Notes

Keeps for 5 days refrigerated.
