Toasted Oat Pecan Crust:
Using a muffin tin, line with paper liner then place 1 TBL of crust in bottom of liner. Bake for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven to toast crust. Scoop filling into muffin cups, bake approximately 20 - 25 minutes. Cool, serve with a dollop of whip cream or whipped coconut cream. Sprinkle with Pumpkin Pie Spice.
