Decadent Chocolate Truffle

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 1/2 Cup melted Chocolate Chips of your choice - Dark chocolate is splendid!
  • 1 TBL of some type of nut milk
  • Cocoa for dusting

Directions

Place avocado, melted chocolate and milk in food processor.  Blend until smooth and fluffy.

Place mixture in refrigerator to set up for 1 hour minimum.

Scoop by Tablespoon, lightly roll in palm of hand then roll in cocoa.

Keep refrigerated

Store in air tight container for up to 7 days.
